Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

NOTE: STRICT COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL IS IN PLACE IN ORDER TO HELP ENSURE YOUR SAFETY AND THAT OF YOUR GUESTS. THIS INCLUDES: - AFTER EACH BOOKING, THE SPACE WILL HAVE BEEN THOROUGHLY AND PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED. - HAND SANITIZER IS ON SITE, AS WELL AS AN ADEQUATE HAND SOAP AND CLEANING SUPPLIES SHOULD YOU WISH TO DO YOUR OWN PRE-CLEAN.

General Rules

STRICTLY NO PARTIES- BUSINESS/PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY PLEASE NOTE - Guests required to follow lock-up procedure. - $250 security deposit - $75 cleaning fee - Guests are responsible for the safe keeping of the space, furniture and equipment. - We are not responsible for the damage or loss of the guests belongings. - Your booking period must include your set up and clean up time. - All garbage must be disposed of to the container at the back of the building. - All guests will have to sign a rental contract. Once signed, access instructions will be provided. - Absolutely no smoking inside the space or in front of the building. Smoking/vaping must be done on the sidewalk only. - Nothing can be hung on the walls that will cause damage.
