  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Beautiful high ceilings with natural light, steps away from the sand and in the heart of Venice Beach. - Multiple settings to fit your vibe and corporate culture; tables and chairs for more formal or our living room with couches for a more laid back vibe - Bathroom onsite + in the rental space so bathroom breaks won't eat into meeting time - Access to caffeine and snacks at our coffee shop right next door - Parking is available in a small lot right across the street ($30 per parking spot) - Tons of natural light making for an easy work space - no dim lighting and squinting to read things - Big white wall in case your team needs to use a projector to showcase a project -500 ft to the Ocean Front Walk, Venice Beach -0.2 miles/5 minute walk to Abbott Kinney -0.04 miles/8 minute walk to the Venice Beach sign -0 steps to coffee + snacks!

Yes, I would book again.

The space was awesome. GREAT lighting for our photo shoot. Chris the host was so nice and very helpful. Parking was sweet right across the street in the lot. Very convenient location so close to the beach. And having a bathroom with large mirrors on site was key for changing etc. Thank you. Would def recommend this space!

Amazing! The studio itself was beautiful, lots of room, great light, and clearly a lot of attention was paid to every detail (even the bathroom is nice!). Vy the the entire staff at the adjoined coffee shop were extremely nice and helpful. The location was perfect, right in between two walk streets, and an easy walk to prime Venice Beach even with photoshoot equipment. Best shoot ever!
