Day - Parking Lot ranges from $10-$15 depending on the day you book. Evening - Street Parking is free after 6pm.

8am-11am - Sunlight beams beautifully through the windows onto the sets. If sunlight isn't wanted, the blackout curtains will help.

We are on the top floors of the building. We are located in a busy street and noise will be picked up.

Our vanity set is used as an actual vanity as well as a photo/film set. Lounge and dining table available.

Hallways are off-limits.

We have extensions cords, on the floor, as well as above, hanging from the ceiling. (Please be careful when putting it to use).

- - HOURS : Your booked hours are your SET UP and CLEAN UP time. - DAMAGES : For any damages, replacements will begin at $1000+ - NO SMOKING/SMOKE MACHINES ALLOWED - You will be charged $1000+ if alarm is set off. Our smoke detectors are EXTREMELY sensitive. If you need to smoke, you can go downstairs, and step out on to the sidewalk. - SETS : - No food or drink on SETS. Also, be careful to not hit the house lights with LADDER when moving it around.  - No jumping on the yellow bed. - No sitting/standing on the bar, tables, and desks. - PLEASE RESET ITEMS if they were moved. - YELLOW ROOM - WIPE YOUR FEET BEFORE STEPPING ONTO THE CARPET. This is very important as our yellow carpet can get dirty fast. - Ruined sets will count as a damage fee* - CAMERA SURVEILLANCE - 24 hour security monitoring will be on. - MASKS - Masks are required in our building and must be worn at all times in hallways, elevators, restrooms, and when not on camera. - SITE REP - There may be a site rep there during your shoot to help with anything need regarding the space. - FREIGHT ELEVATOR - *Reservation Only* Large productions will require freight elevator in order to bring equipment up to our floor. Freight elevator must be RESERVED 48 hours in advance. Please let us know if this will be needed. OPERATING HOURS for Freight - Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) Sat. (8am-12:30) Sun. (Closed) - INJURIES - We are not responsible for any injuries. Please do your best to handle everything with care. - PROPS - Props must be put back into place if moved! Please handle props with care. - WINDOWS - DO NOT open windows completely. If window needs to be open, please leave it partially open to avoid falling over. They may also slam due to wind , causing them to break.  - MUSIC - After 10pm please keep music to a reasonable level. - - PETS - Pets are not allowed in the sets. Service Animals are allowed as long as on a leash. - OVERTIME - Please inform us and let us know if you’d like to go overtime. We will accept it, IF there is no booking after you. ANY MINUTE THAT GOES INTO THE NEXT BOOKING will count as 1 hour overtime and you WILL BE CHARGED. We will know if you went overtime! We are only strict on this in order to be considerate of all guests including you. - BEHIND THE SCENES - We reserve the right to take any BTS photos/videos of any shoot happening in our space for the promotion of our set. - HOUSE LIGHTS - Do NOT remove any of our house lights without letting us know first. They are very sensitive, and can be damaged easily. You will be charged. - AIR CONDITIONER - DO NOT move AC from its place. If air conditioner is turned on, please turn off at the end of your shoot and leave the remote where it belongs.

Furniture in the sets can be removed EXCEPT the BAR, and GONDOLA.
