All guests MUST follow all HOUSE RULES below upon booking:
→ By Jersey City regulation, guests must be at least 21-years old in order to book, no exception will be made. The account holder must be present during the staying, and the profile picture must be a clear photo showing the face. I will cancel the reservation if the profile picture does not show the face of the account holder.
→ Sorry, no pets allowed under any circumstance due to owner's asthma and severe allergies. We will cancel your reservation immediately if you bring a pet. Otherwise, I will charge $300 deep cleaning fee.
→ You must book your reservation with the total number of guests expected. There are no additional guests allowed beyond the number you book for except the owner approval. The hourly rate is for 8 people, additional people will be $10/person
→ NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, and NO HOOKAH are allowed INSIDE the house. There are hidden silent smart smoke detector installed throughout the house which will send signals to my phone if smoke occur, so pulling down the smoke detector will not help covering up if you smoke inside the house. And do not think opening the window will help, no it doesn’t. Cleaner will charge $500 to deep clean everything to get rid of the smoke smell and this cost will be charge back on your security deposit. Make sure you are at least 10 feet away from the front entrance and the backdoor in the backyard when you smoke outside to avoid the smoke smell comes back inside the house.
→ Do not use the white towels to clean your make-up, it stays on and never able to use again, I will charge $5 for each towel if found make-up or any kind of colorant on it.
→ Guest safety is our top priority. If you have children, you are fully responsible for their safety at all times. This house is not set up for child proof house
→ You will be charged $15 for every 15 minutes after check-out time
→ We have 2 trash bins by the front courtyard, blue is RECYCLE and dark grey is WASTE for your convenience. You must bring all your trash to these trash bins before you checkout. Please keep the lids securely closed to prevent animals from getting inside. If these trash bins are full, you must put them in the outdoor trash bags (clear for recycle and black for waste, they are in the kitchen storage closet. Please do not mixed the trash, you will be charge $100 for handling fee. It is very important that this is done right from the beginning to avoid ticket from the city. There will be instruction at the trash area to show you what are recyclable.
→ Wash, dry, and put away dishes. Never throw food, grease, or trash down the sink and dish washer. The cleanliness of kitchen essentials depends on the guests before you - please wash them the best you can. Cleaners will charge $15 if dishes are left behind. → We understand that accidents happen. Let us know if anything breaks or is damaged during your stay so we can replace or repair them as soon as possible, and it does not become a surprise for our next guests!
→ The guests MUST remove all decoration and clean them up upon check-out. The guests are required to bring extra trash bags with them and take away excessive amount of trash. We only have 1 regular trash bin, and 1 recycle trash bin outdoor, the guests are expected not to overfill the trash bins for each category and take the extra trash and dispose them somewhere else. If you would like to leave the trash here for us to dispose, and need us to provide extra bags, there will be extra $200 handling fee and we need at least 1-day advance notice.
Backyard Access and Rules (May to Nov only):
→ Guests are responsible to bring propane or charcoal if plan to use BBQ
→ All music must turn off after 10pm, you are allowed to stay in the backyard after 10pm, but must be quiet and not causing disturbance to our neighbors.
→ BBQ must be turned off nightly by 10pm for safety concern.

Security cameras are located by the doors and the back of the cabin. They are used during check-in, check-out and for safety & security only. Rest assured, I respect your privacy during your stay.
