Calling all businesses! Our immaculately lit space is the idyllic setting for any of your meeting needs (per COVID restrictions, max capacity is temporarily set to 50 guests). Within our 1200 sqft space, you will find a gorgeous conference room, brightly lit with show-stopping chandeliers and gold sconces. We also offer one full bathroom and a half bath. Do you need multiple spaces so that you can host small group discussions, multiple meetings, or even have a separate lunch area? We’ve got you covered! There is a nook with deep blue paneled walls and a peacock graphic that could inspire even the worst writer's block. Also inside the kitchen space is a built-in seating area that can accommodate up to 10 people, perfect for small group discussions or your “breakroom.” You can rearrange the furniture for the duration of your meeting to fit your needs. A 74” Smart TV with Casting capabilities and HDMI cable is available for presentations, slideshows, and more! Our space is located directly off of N Ashland Ave in the vibrant Lakeview neighborhood. There’s plenty of convenient street parking (but me mindful of any street signs), easy access to public transportation, and we provide a keyless entry, so that you can access the space 100% contact-free. Please feel free to visit our space any time (as long as the venue isn't being used for another event) to make sure it fits your meeting needs, and even to jumpstart the planning process. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
