About the Space

Warm and gorgeous gourmet modern fully functional kitchen space with large open quartz countertop island for food and setups. A big and bright living room with its own distinct style and an open, bright dining area. The house has a beautiful interconnected master bedroom with a nursery room giving additional room. A fully decked out office space with distinct setups for any electronics shoots or streaming bookings. The entire house is equipped with a powerful central AC & heater with a split system on the second floor keeping you and the crew comfortable throughout your stay. We use a hospital grade HEPA filtration system to ensure the air quality is in top condition. There are plenty of power outlets throughout the house including the exterior of the house next to the entrance for external lighting setups. Pool area is available to use. The backyard and garage space can be used for setups. No front yard setup. We would like to keep the visual noise to the surrounding neighbors to an absolute minimum. Perfect for photographer shoots for restaurants, caterers, kitchen suppliers, marketplace retailers, consumer goods retailers, etc.

Thank you for showing interest and welcome to our home! Below are a few guidelines for you and your team to check out: PERMIT - It is the responsibility of guests to determine if they need a filming or photographer permit. SETUPS - No front yard setup is allowed. We would like to keep the visual noise to the surrounding neighbors to an absolute minimum. HOURS - To be respectful for the surrounding neighbors returning from work with parking space, please clean up and pack before 6 PM. PETS - No Pets, unless pre-approved and discussed with us before the booking. We can always make a special arrangement if you are booking for the entire day. ALCOHOL/SMOKING - No smoking or alcohol consumption on property. FOODS & LIQUIDS - No liquids or food in bedrooms and keep them away from sofas and fabric chairs. MOVING FURNITURE - You’re welcome to move the furniture in the house as long as it’s returned exactly as it was found. We ask guests to be respectful and mindful of dragging anything heavy or sharp that could damage the following, but not limited to walls, furnitures, floorboards, and molding, Please make sure your hands are clean before moving any furniture. CLEANING / DAMAGES - A cleaning fee is included with each booking. We do ask guests to clean up after themselves and be respectful of the space before heading out. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, tapes, any gummed residues, or any penetrating items should be on our walls. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be reported to Peerspace and billed to you. OVERTIME - Please be respectful of the time frame allotted for your shoot. Do remember that booked time includes load in and out. There will be overtime charges according to Peerspace’s policy. If you need additional time, please notify me via text to ensure the space is available. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
