The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

3,000 sq ft venue with a concrete floor, high ceilings, and three large garage doors. This space is wonderful for dances, large parties, and weddings. It can also be used for smaller private parties. Adaptable space for decorating anything from elegant weddings to rave style parties. Our main room is 2880 sq ft and we have an entrance area and a bathroom.

There is a parking lot located in front of the building as well as street parking

General Rules

No alcohol allowed on the property. No drugs allowed on the property. No firearms allowed on the property . No smoking or vaping allowed on the property. No crowd surfing allowed on the property. Event must be over by 2 AM Friday and Saturday, midnight Sunday through Thursday. No overnight events. Outside catering is allowed. Outside DJs are allowed.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Top left back corner inside the building. The record video and audio. The building is located on a storage facility property, so there are other cameras surrounding the property and other buildings. They will all be on. There are no cameras in the bathroom.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
