About the Space
Welcome to our studio! A photography/video and content creation studio in Hollywood/Miami, FL. Located directly on the beach, this space has a world of location shots perfect for any fashion photo shoot, video shoot, music video shoot or content filming of any kind. Not only do we have a wide variety of outside beach and pool aesthetic locations, but we have a complete studio setup with electronic-remote backdrop system with multiple color choices, including green screen measuring 14’ high x 11’ wide, can stretch as long as 20’ ft. The studio measures 30’ long x 15’ wide with 14’ ft. ceilings throughout entire studio. Dozens of green large and small plants adorn the interior surrounding for a earthy vibe. Massive 8’ft windows 15’ wide down to floor with beautiful view and tons of natural light. There is full kitchen combined in main room giving it a loft aesthetic with white marble floors throughout. Studio consists of 3 room and 2 bathrooms. The second room is the office with full 8’ x 8’ plant wall for shooting as well as setup for makeup and hair stylists as well as waiting area and couch with fashion stylist rack for changing or equipment storage. The guest bathroom is completely glass in 14’ ft ceilings and rain shower with ability to decorate and artistically setup any way you want, the light is great with window and has bright ceiling lighting and Bluetooth installed mirror for music. The third room is the bedroom that has an 8’ ft. Low king size bed made of solid wood accented with wood end tables and white fur rugs with designer wood chairs and center table. This room also contains an all glass bathroom and rain shower. Lastly we have the balcony with grass turf laid out across the 25+ ft. Length along with outdoor boutique table & chairs with plants throughout for a tropical leisure vibe and aesthetic. The entire space can be arranged as needed and the ability to move and design aesthetic creative setups for your shoot needs! We also offer photography/video equipment & lighting beyond what is included in rental for an additional fee. We also offer refreshments/catering if requested for an additional fee that includes bottle water, Red Bull, tapas, various lunch options, various snacks & more! Very lovely space, and lovely hosts! The space is exactly as pictured, really a lot of neat décor and props for an amazing photoshoot. The hosts were very accommodating by supplying a helping hand, water, equipment and lighting, as well as music! A wonderful playlist was curated for us, setting the upbeat vibes needed for a productive shoot. Thank you! 10/10.
