About the Space

The kitchen is a working space with tables and shelves on wheels to move or remove depending on needs and desired configuration. Large windows line the east wall giving wonderful light. Easy access from street. Level entrance, easy access from I-5 and Highway 99. Fun space for parties, meetings, cooking demonstrations or filming and all types of gatherings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

We had a lovely evening making a bunch of dips together in teams for a birthday party using Suzi's large commercial kitchen space. Key Elements had the space and tools we needed, it was very cozy and fun. Suzi was on-site while we were cooking and happy to answer follow up questions about equipment, and even helped with opening a couple cans with the giant hand-crank can opener. We had a great time here and I'd love to do it again. Highly recommend.

Yes, I would book again.

The space was private, clean, and as advertised. The time that I needed was on open in the calendar, but once I requested the booking, it wasn’t actually available. After figuring out timing, she accommodated me and my needs anyway and I SO appreciated her and her efforts. I will ABSOLUTELY book again.

Suzi was very friendly and responsive throughout the booking process. I rented this place to host a cooking challenge (as part of a birthday party), and the location was great for it! :) Would definitely recommend it.
