IG: https://www.instagram.com/houstonclocktower We are a Houston based creative studio space where we allow other creatives to use the space as if it were their own. The 3rd floor is a natural light studio with backdrops. The 4th floor is historically built Clock Tower, taking you back to another era. You are welcome to use both spaces during your rentals. The 1st & 2nd floor are private offices. You will access the the studios by stairs and at the moment we don't have wheelchair access. Amenities: + WiFi + Bathroom & Kitchen Access if needed + 1 full body mirror + Self-Serve water + Mini Fridge + Microwave + Flex Area / Seating + Clothing Rack w/ Hangers + AC in natural light studio. Clocktower is historic, so fans are provided. + Stairwell access PLEASE DO NOT: - Arrive earlier than your scheduled rental. - Use glitter or confetti around any of the spaces. - Smoke or Vape - Put your shoes on the furniture

- Must avoid loud talking or shouting within the lobby or hallway of the building. - You agree to ensure all of your crew members including yourself are wearing face masks and practice social distancing at all times while in the common areas and when interacting with our team members. Failure to comply with this rule may result in canceling your booking without a refund and in escorting you and your team from the premises. - You agree that you are personally responsible for your safety and actions while being at the studios. Your crew and you agree to comply with all CDC guidelines and protocols. - Arrive up to 10 minutes before your booking to reduce the interaction with other guests. - You and your team members waive any liability from the studios - Your rental time includes setting up, breaking down, and clean up, so please factor it in your booking hours. - No smoking or alcohol. At least $500 fine will be billed for each occurrence. - Pets are welcome with the pet waiver signed. Let us know if you will be bringing a pet. - Usage of any hard-to-clean materials (confetti, glitter, any kind of paint, oil, fake blood, ashes etc) are to be approved in advance with a refundable deposit. - Music is to be kept at reasonable levels. Live music bands must be approved in advance. - Please, leave the studio in the same condition. If the studio requires a major cleaning after your session the cleaning fee will be added (from $150) and will depend on the amount of work required.
