About the Space

IG: https://www.instagram.com/houstonclocktower We are a Houston based creative studio space where we allow other creatives to use the space as if it were their own. The 3rd floor is a natural light studio with backdrops. The 4th floor is historically built Clock Tower, taking you back to another era. You are welcome to use both spaces during your rentals. The 1st & 2nd floor are private offices. You will access the the studios by stairs and at the moment we don't have wheelchair access. Amenities: + WiFi + Bathroom & Kitchen Access if needed + 1 full body mirror + Self-Serve water + Mini Fridge + Microwave + Flex Area / Seating + Clothing Rack w/ Hangers + AC in natural light studio. Clocktower is historic, so fans are provided. + Stairwell access PLEASE DO NOT: - Arrive earlier than your scheduled rental. - Use glitter or confetti around any of the spaces. - Smoke or Vape - Put your shoes on the furniture

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

This venue was great. Really enjoyed the experience and Mir was a great host. Would definitely recommend it.

Yes, I would book again.

The space was really cool and unique! Great place to take prom photos that weren’t stereotypical. There are a lot of stairs so climbing wearing heels and a long dress made it difficult but definitely worth it for the photos. It was also quite hot with it being an old working clock tower but there were fans to keep cool. Overall a really fun and unique experience!

Everything went smoothly for our shoot. We were able to make do. If you book this venue during the summer.. it will be hot. There is no air conditioning in the clock tower room. They do have fans but that only does so much when the heat index is 97. The elevator only goes to the second floor.

Great host and great space! The studio might look small but it was able to fit all 11 of us and the pictures turned out amazing. Highly recommend this!

Amazing space for a Prom Couple Photoshoot. Beautifully naturally lit. The space was air-conditioned and comfortable. The very top floor was a little warm as it was a warm afternoon, but nothing intolerable. Parking and access to the space was perfect. Host was super responsive and helpful! I will definitely be back!

Excellent customer service. The host was responsive and professional. It was the first time I shot there and all I can say it's that I and my clients loved the location! The vintage look gives a unique perspective for a photoshoot. 100% recommended!
