This large open floor plan has a stage and beautiful chandeliers that can be used for the following: recitals, business/corporate meetings, informal and formal meet-ups, parties -- private, corporate, birthday, anniversary, baby and bridal showers, paint parties, brunch and much more! Rates include use of venue, use of the lobby, front and rear bathrooms, 6-ft rectangular tables (5), black folding chairs (25), and the use of basic sound and lighting. Additional chairs, tables and technical assistance can be added for a fee. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be a surcharge of $250.00 for parties that exceed their agreed to number of guests as indicated on the Peerspace portal. Rentals 4 hours or more receive a free set-up hour! Our rental times are very strict, all guests and their belongings may not come earlier than the scheduled event time and must be out of the building by the scheduled event time. Additional time may be REQUESTED same day but it is not always guaranteed and if approved it will incur an additional fee so please plan ahead. Not leaving on time incurs a an Overtime fee of $50 + the hourly price. Great place to hold a baby shower, the host Dennis and Edwin at front desk are very friendly and helpful. I would plan ahead with table setups as the room is long and narrow.
