Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Are you looking for a one of a kind of home for your production and or high profile meetings? The Downtown Urban Loft offers you a well designed space filled with natural lighting. Guest will have full access to entire apartment that's fully furnished with open living and kitchen area, two bedrooms, two full baths, basic kitchen cookware, and two sofa beds. Also, there's rooftop access.

Parking description

One car parking is provided across the street from the apartments.

General Rules

1. No smoking of any kind inside the apartment. 2. Any more than 6 people is considered a party and will be charged as such. Party/Event rate and cleaning fee will be applied. 3. Quiet hours are 9pm to 9am the following morning. 4. Catering is allowed. However, all food and anything associated must be thrown away before check out. Trash can be taken downstairs and dropped by the trash can at the crosswalk. Must clean up to original state.

Security cameras and recording devices

Only by the elevator but not inside the apartment.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
