COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

I have professional cleaners come in once a week as well as needed.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer

Lighting description

Floor to ceiling windows facing Howe Sound. Skylights through the house. Roof access and large patio/deck space for blacking out. Deck is west-facing so afternoons/evenings are brightest.

Ambient noise description

Not many direct neighbours so noise is at a minimum. Very quiet street with limited access to the public. Small amounts of noise from internal HVAC system, but can be disabled.

Equipment loading description

4-car driveway for loading/unloading. Ramp and bridge from parking area to front door. Loading trucks potentially need to move for picture but owner has excellent relationships with neighbours for driveway buyouts.

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

Recently renovated and upgraded electrical. Many standard 110 outlets throughout and 220 in lower level for washer/drier that can be used for electrical tie-in. Circuit breaker is in lower level just off self-contained studio/office.

General Rules

Our location is a No Smoking house, catering is allowed and I have a large Kitchen that can be used. I have Neighbors so quiet time is around 9PM- 7AM.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

$3M general liability

Furniture and decorations may be moved

All furniture/decorations can be moved or removed and taken off site if/as needed.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed
