About the Space

Very Large Production studio featuring a 40ft wide Cycwall. The space is great for photoshoots, Video shoots , commercial photography / videography , Music Videos , Film Productions and events. The space has a Garage door which can be used for entrance or moving equipment / vehicles into the space. We have two rooms one featuring a White Cycwall and the second room which can be used as photo / video space. We also have one restroom.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Hey Craig, nice name - I hope all is well. I'm co-founder of a rideshare advertising company based in NYC and we wrap rideshare cars in high quality vinyl. (www.mobilads.co) We're launching a campaign in Pittsburgh for DraftKings and we're looking to rent garage space, or a portion of space that can fit 1 car at a time (we will be scheduling them to come in throughout each day and wrapping them over 4 days). We will wrap 25 cars in a day in increments of 20 minutes or so. Let me know if you're able to accommodate and what pricing you're able to offer for something like that. Our total budget is $800 $1,000. If all goes well we would be interested in renting more long term for future campaigns. Thank you! Craig
