Parking description

The parking lot is not a commercial size lot so we only allow three (3) Car MAX on property. Please coordinate to carpool if there are more than 3 vehicles. If you need to load through dock please note at the point of your booking being accepted.

Lighting description

The talent green room has four large 60" x 60" windows. There is some natural light through 6 small windows on set but can be easily blocked out with a flag or V-flat provided at studio by request.

Space is soundproof

Ambient noise description

The walls are treated with R-30 insulation. The AC makes little to no noise and you cannot hear the neighbors. However, the stage is not sound proof. You can capture audio with no problem, but our location is near a busy street so occasionally you will hear traffic. We do have complimentary sound blankets available on site that guest can utilize at their discretion.

Equipment loading description

There are 2 small flights of stairs to access this space. (NO ELEVATOR) Per our reviews, we haven't had any issues. Our studio manager will be on site to guide you in and give you a hand on additional items that need to come up. Most gear comes through the door easily. If you have gear or props larger than 8ft please communicate this with host ahead of time. We have a car pool loading area with a 15ft clearance that can be used, However this must be requested to use at least 72 hours prior to booking.

Staging area is available

Yes there's a full room for talent. There is also a private dressing room with Makeup & Grooming Bar and clothing rack

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Office Area is off limits unless previously discussed and approved.

Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

Electrical system description

All Plugs are Studio Ready and should work for all productions. Breaker box can be accessed but needs to be coordinated and approved with host.

General Rules

• Absolutely NO SMOKING inside building. • 3 Car Maximum • Only tissue or flushable wipes in the toilet • No alcohol allowed after 6pm • No filming or shooting inside of office unless requested + approved prior to booking

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Props can be moved freely, however any mobile walls guest wants moved just discussed with studio manager first. Additional fees may be incurred if not communicated.

Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There are cameras in all common areas of the space. DO NOT TOUCH OR MOVE

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Take pictures before you start and be sure everything is exactly how it was prior to your creative process. Please wash thoroughly your hands and use hand sanitizer and be COVID friendly.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer
