All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

Podcast & Photo/Video Studio in Fashion District About the Space We bring you a full stack production studio with all the amenities required to produce brilliant audio and stunning, high def video for all your content needs. We are located in the historic fashion district, in the same building as the Orpheum. This studio has over 800 sq ft of creative space for today’s content creators. Plus, we have a beautiful view of the skyline overlooking 9th and Broadway and the legendary Ace Hotel. Podcasting: We offer multiple setups for every situation. Whether you’re doing an interview, tutorial, a four-person broadcast, or live stream, we have got you covered. The Rodecaster makes publishing a polished, professional sounding podcast look like child’s play. Just bring an SD card or your laptop and we’ll get you set up. If you’d like, you can also mix your audio in Logic for additional versatility and control. A sound engineer can be provided as an add-on upon request. Photo/Video: Our photo studio has a professional backdrop with a variety of colors to choose from. Whether shooting portraits, fashion, web series, product catalog, or content for streaming, our space can accommodate you. Our Panasonic G7s shoot in stunning 4k, and may be requested as an add-on. We also have additional professional lighting available, if needed. All the furniture pictured is available for use and can be arranged as needed. There are multiple elevators, and a freight elevator should you need to transport heavier gear. Parking description

Limited street parking is available but not preferable. There is paid parking available on Broadway/Olympic at the rate of $7.50 for 8 hrs or 9th/Olive for $8 flat the entire day.

Lighting description

There is natural light in the space, but since we are a "podcast first" space, we control lighting for the video portion of your podcast recording using our professional lighting kits.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

We are on the 10th floor in downtown Los Angeles. Our building is not sound proof, but we use the latest in software based compression combined with sound treatment of the environment to get a clean audio signal. Background noise is close to eliminated! (However if there is something extreme happening in the street, you will be able to hear it.)

Equipment loading description

The space is accessible via passenger elevator. Freight can be moved using the freight elevator with 48 hour notice. We are not allowed to move large items in the passenger elevator.

There are 12 outlets in the space. Production crews do not have access to circuit breaker.

Yes, subject to FAA regulations. Noise restrictions? Before 5pm we like to be mindful of our neighbors.
