A professional cleaning service is hired between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
This penthouse boasts floor to ceiling windows with some of the best views of Downtown Los Angeles. The cement x’s that cover the north and south side of the building have become the signature of this LA icon. This penthouse is available to rent for your next high-end fashion photo shoot, commercial, movie shoot, or event.

Plenty of metered parking surrounding the building. There is also paid parking available onsite. $12-$15 all day.

Ambient noise description
You wont hear your neighbors. The penthouse is on the top floor (thirteenth floor). There is an AC that does make some noise when on.

There is a loading zone. The entrance dose not require a ramp. Loading trucks must be moved after being unloaded.

Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success. If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us using the "Message Host" button on the listing page to discuss details, pricing and availability.
Please include the following:
* Total number of cast & crew
* Desired date(s)
* Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down
* Equipment & lighting specs
* Pets (Please consult with us beforehand)
* No shoes are allowed on the rugs as they couldn't be cleaned if they get dirty.
* No Smoking/Vaping
* Fog/Haze machines are not allowed
* No alcohol
* No drugs or illegal activities
* Coasters are required on wood surfaces
* Keep the hallway clear, everything has to be inside the studio space
* No filming in the hallway
* Do not sit on the windowsill as you might fall out of the window
* Leave space as you found it.
NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
SECURITY CAMERAS - We have security cameras inside the space, please use restroom on the same floor for changing.
PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time.

Furniture (Except large furniture such as bed, sink, dresser and neon signs) could be moved gently with care.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
