About the Space

This is a classic private and gated, East Coast Traditional family home with sparkling pool, spa and lush green private backyard in an upscale exclusive neighborhood. It is completely unfurnished at this time (photos were taken when it was staged). It offers traditional styling with classic details such as fireplaces, crown moulding, hardwood floors, checkerboard kitchen floors, and breakfast nook with built-in bench seating. Gracious living room with marble fireplace enjoys light all day, and opens to a casual family room with french doors leading to the spacious entertainers yard and sparkling pool with lush trees and brick patio. Upstairs master suite with private alcove and balcony overlooking the pool could also serve as a dressing area. Property is gated with a 2 car garage plus space for 2 or more cars in the driveway as well as street parking without permit restrictions. Ideally situated close to Ventura Blvd's best shopping and restaurants, with easy access to freeways, studios, downtown and Beverly Hills. Available on short notice.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
