About the Space

Our beautifully renovated loft is the perfect venue setting for your event needs. Located on the second floor of our Good Food Education Center in the rustic Miley Barn in Sheboygan Falls, WI, our loft seats up to 200 guests for all shapes and sizes of events. From 35 people for showers, small gatherings, and meetings to our full 200 seats for company dinners, fundraisers, reunions, and your wedding day, let our space be a part of your day! Formerly the Miley family dairy property, our barn was renovated in 2018 before Nourish took ownership of the property. Why rent our venue? Our company is a Sheboygan County – And growing – 501(c)3 non-profit focused in good-food education and creating experiential learning opportunities. Our 13-acre farm property hosts a variety of garden beds, including pollinator gardens and seasonal gardens planted for our Harvest of the Month programming as well as our growing orchard. The second floor loft patio overlooks our East gardens, with a stairwell down to the front lawn. Ask us about seasonal opportunities outdoors!

• Outside catering is allowed. We does not provide catering at this time. • Renters are responsible for arranging all additional vendors at our space during their hours of access. • Nourish does not supply decor, dishware, flatware, or additional items. • Indoor tables and chairs and audiovisual equipment are provided in our loft space. • The kitchen is not included in loft rentals. This may be added for an additional fee. • Maximum loft capacity is 200 persons based on event type. • Access to the loft venue will be granted during scheduled hours only, and must end no later than the rental access time by which time all persons must have exited the premises. • No animals are allowed on the property, with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA and the Department of Justice. • Gambling is strictly prohibited on the property. • All decorations must be approved by our staff and renters may not affix any objects to the walls, ceilings, doors, floors, windows, or woodwork. • Decorations must be made of non-flammable material and will not hinder entrances or fire alarm systems. • No adhesive tape, tacks, nails, staples, or other such fasteners may be used. Items such as string, twine, and zip ties that are fully removeable may be used. • Smoking, including smokeless tobacco products and electronic products, is prohibited on all areas of the property at all times. • No open flames are allowed in any part of the property at any time. This includes but is not limited to: candles, sparklers, fireworks, lanterns, torches, and bonfires. • Additional items may be prohibited as they can cause damage to the property, farm, and surrounding ecosystems, including but not limited to: glitter, silly string, confetti, birdseed, and rice. • No insecticides, pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides may be used by the renter under any circumstances. • Nourish does not hold a liquor license. Renters may serve, but not sell, alcohol on the premises and may do so only when it is served by a licensed bartender. Licensed bartenders and alcohol sourcing are not provided by staff. Proof of local bartending license or use of licensed bartending company must be provided to Nourish staff ahead of the event in order to serve alcohol. • Outdoor music is allowed until 9pm Sunday through Thursday, until 10pm Friday and Saturday only. Indoor music is allowed until venue close. Music and noise must stop upon receiving complaint. • No event parking may occur on neighboring city streets. Parking may occur at the School District lots only when booked through us for the event.
