About the Space
3400 sf 2 story home on 1.6 acres, 10-foot wraparound deck overlooks inviting pool and spa with palms and many exotic trees dotting the property. Main entertainment area outside is downstairs by pool, with access to a full bath in the house downstairs, and the half bath upstairs. Seating by pool: Table seats up to 8, plus two smaller tables can be set up for 7 more, or bring your own. Lounge area seats 8 or more, and 5 lounge chairs surround pool. Ping pong table can be set up. Salt-water pool has a gentle slide and a hot tub. Most seating is shaded under deck. Market lights for evening are set up around deck upstairs and downstairs, plus dimmable exterior lights. Upstairs is a contemporary living area with high ceiling living room and 85" TV, cool bar in family room, dining room with expandable table to seat 12, full kitchen, and half bath. Refrigerator available for guest and caterers in garage. Deck off LR and FR provides additional outdoor seating, 2 tables that seat 4 to 6 each. Wooded grounds provide additional possibilities for outdoor sets or activities. Long driveway up gentle slope, gated property. Good privacy. Downstairs a guest bedroom with queen bed is available to rent overnight at additional fee, also a queen convertible sofa in den.

We rented the space to celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday, the space was beautiful and the girls had an amazing time. Both John & Cristy we very kind and sweet people, we were able to view the space in advance they were warm and inviting. The only downside is that a few of my guests complained to me that they felt uncomfortable that they would constantly come outside and just watch them as the girls swam. Although it may have been harmless I completely understand my guests concerns as we did assume that we’d have our privacy and being that the party was majority all young girls the parents were a little over protective. Nonetheless we had an amazing time in the space, it’s very beautiful.
