The living room has a vintage flue chimney, and a plethora of windows that let in natural light, and a view of the sycamore overhead. The house has a brick patio in the back of the house that is backed up into the mountainside. This house is furnished and holds much charm with treasures and furniture from around the world, the furniture can be moved or removed upon request. Large oak, sycamore, and eucalyptus trees surround the structure offering beautiful views of their branches from the windows. The other exterior areas of the property are easily walkable and include a wood bridge that overlooks the natural creek-bed, which winds through the heart of the property. With several access points, this creek-bed creates our own private hiking trail encompassed with enchanting oaks, sycamores, and eucalyptus trees. There are also several vantages points to shoot the creek from high angles. Additional interior areas may be available upon request and on a case by case basis. The on-site manager will also be available during shoots. Surrounding the house is a large yard that can be used and shot in various ways. Set builds are okay in this outdoor space with prior discussion and approval. This house is located at across a bridge, offering easy access for production.
