-Townhome is over 2k square feet and features 3 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 Baths -Townhome is perfect for team meetings, content creation, dinners, cocktail receptions, and anything else you can come up with! -15 mints from Uptown, 5mints from University area, 3 mints from UNCC and 5 mints from Concord Mills Mall. -Spacious outdoor deck can be used for grilling and photoshoots We are here to accommodate you.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Cassandra!!!!!! IS TRULY THE GREATEST HOST BY FAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She worked with me 100% even to the point of last-minute requests. If you are looking at the reviews to see if you should move forward.... LET THIS BE THE TESTAMENT to book her and her property. SHE IS GREAT and the TH is beautiful.. the pictures do it justice for her lovely property. Her space allowed me to pull off a great surprise party.I couldn't have done it without her at ALL!!!!
