Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

Welcome to my cozy urban oasis a.k.a. my condo! This cozy downtown open concept is in the heart of the vibrant Westend ideal for creative concepts. This warm space is perfect for creating photos or video with a modern urban BoHo feel with its unique artwork and various textures. This open floor plan with prep area, balcony and 10 foot ceilings is well-maintained and only 7mins away from the Mercedes Benz stadium, Centennial park, The Beltline as well as some unique shops and restaurants you can only find in the Westend, perfect for multiple location shoots. Your stay includes one designated parking space and free street parking upon availability, water and light refreshments will be available for each rental... and don’t worry I’ll sage it to make sure you have positive vibes only!! There is a two hour minimum for booking. All Guests must make there exist by the end time of booking or an additional hour will be added.
