Plenty of street parking is readily available for multiple cars.

Bedroom Windows have full blackout. Kitchen and living room windows get a lot of natural light most of the day. Lights in the kitchen, bedroom, and living room are Philips Hue and can be dimmed remotely.

The house is relatively quiet, but does have some normal neighborhood sounds occasionally.

Ground Floor

There are some stairs, but the front door can be accessed by a ramp from the driveway.

Master bedroom

Second bedroom and garage are off-limits for shoots, but can be added, if negotiated beforehand.

The electrical can support most modern lighting equipment, but high wattage tungsten lights can put strain on the electrical.

We very much enjoying sharing our home for productions, however, we do require a few rules to protect our beautiful home: -Please be prepared with tennis balls for the bottom of stands to protect the floors. We have a few to provide. -Please do not place equipment on hard surfaces (dining table, kitchen counters) without a furniture pad (provided) laid down first. -Camera tripods must have rubber feet. Tripods with exposed metal feet will not be allowed in the house without proper protection. -Please ask before adhering anything to walls - be prepared with paper or painters tape, no gaffers tape or duct tape on interior or exterior walls. -You may move furniture and objects, but please put back in original location. -If it requires using a tool to remove, or opening a cabinet or a drawer, please ask first. *For crews over 15, we do require a Portable Toilet be rented for a second bathroom (we can provide suggestions, typically less than $100/day) -Food and drink consumed only in kitchen area or outside. -No smoking on the property. -No animals allowed without prior approval. -Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. -No Personal Parties.
