Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We properly disinfect and wipe down all surfaces or equipment that has been used.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Creative Konnection is a beautiful multimedia studio right in downtown New London that can be used as flex space for anything you need, from photoshoots to music videos & even hosting events or parties. Our space here is open and versatile, we can rearrange the room to fit your needs. We also have complimentary coffee and water available to our guests.

General Rules

• No smoking. • No fog machines. • No extra guests. • Please clean up after yourselves. • Treat the space with respect. • Outside catering is allowed.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Two cameras in the building facing the front door and back door. They will not be recording sound only visuals of who comes in and out.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
