Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

we make sure that everything is clean for your comfort

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

The studio is 4500 sf. We made it our priority to provide you with a very beautiful and conformable studio space that where your clients can fill welcome and to you a productive working space. We’re always looking for better way to upgrade and better our space to satisfy all your needs. There's a different station but you can come and create your own set there's white as well as black cyclorama wall. both big enough to have car in them .

We have 6 parkings dedicated us but there's plenty parking in the plaza

General Rules

-No smoking in the building -Outside catering is allowed - feel welcome to build your own set -Please keep client off of curved wall and the curve of the backdrop paper.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

there's camera in the studio but no cameras in bathrooms or dressing room

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
