Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We take all the proper measures to keep our space clean and our guests safe. We have disposable masks as well as had sanitizer that can be found in each studio room. We also have onsite cleaning products if needed.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space

A three story production studio space designed for movie sets, photo and video shoots. Space also fitted for audio recording, vending and events. Our studio has 2 built in stages and multiple movable pre-decorated and blank designed sets as well as exposed brick walls. Over 15000 square feet of open space and bathrooms throughout. Their our 3 music studios and 2 on-site engenders. We are considered the largest private studio witch includes a TIc Toc Museum in the country.

There are security cameras all throughout the 3 floors of our warehouse building mainly at the entrance of every door way.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
