Venue Guidelines Allows Outside Catering – can be any licensed and insured vendor of your choice. Venue will require contact information and proof of license/insurance prior to the event. Client is allowed to self-provide pre-packaged food and non-alcoholic beverages and resumes all responsibility for proper food service. Outside vendors – must be able to operate solely without use of on-site kitchen facilities. Rental includes the room and a small amount of foyer space that the vendors must operate within. All services must be provided by the vendor of your choice, including but not limited to glassware, flatware, utensils and staffing, etc. The vendor and the client is also responsible for the removal of all décor and items brought in or additional cleaning fees may apply. Alcohol Service – Alcoholic beverages must be provided by a licensed and insured vendor. All bartenders are required to have a valid state license for service and follow state laws.
