Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

Equipment loading description

This is an outdoor space, accessible via the parking lot. Trucks and cars are not allowed to drive on the grass.

Staging area is available

We have a variety of meeting rooms to be able to choose from. Note that these are glass and may not have privacy unless pipe and drape is brought in.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Any indoor spaces not previously approved by staff.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

General Rules

No smoking allowed on premises. Catering & Alcohol must be approved by Downtown Works prior to the event. Certificate of Insurance is required from all vendors.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Certificate of Insurance must be obtained. Requirements will be sent once booking is confirmed.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Outdoor furniture can be moved at an extra cost.

Smoke machines are allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Security Cameras are positioned around the building. They record at all times.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
