Stunning Valley Views & Great Backyard!

The home has a wonderful back yard with stunning 180° view of the San Fernando Valley and mountains. It can hold up to 95 guests. The Space is great for events such as children's birthday parties, baby and wedding showers, family reunions, dinner parties, filming, photoshoots & more. There is easy access from the backyard to the bathroom. We have a built in gas barbecue and 2 side burners for your use if needed. The back yard has 3 areas with electrical outlets for your use and 2 Sonos speakers that you may connect your phone to for music. There is one large oval table for your use. You may rent additional tables and chairs as needed for your event. Guests will not be permitted in the home except for the bathroom which is accessed from the side of the house. I think the best feature of my home is the backyard with the view. It is an entertainer's delight!
