About the Space
The home has a wonderful back yard with stunning 180° view of the San Fernando Valley and mountains. Space is great for events, filming, photoshoots & more. The downstairs has a closed formal dining area, kitchen that is fairly open to a sunroom/living room area, with several bedrooms upstairs as well as a bedroom downstairs. One bathroom downstairs that has access from the side yard/backyard. I think the best feature of my home is the backyard with the view, it is an entertainer's delight!

Very beautiful and clean space to have your events in a nice community! The host is also very helpful and has everything ready for you to just arrive and do what you need to do. She is there to help at any moment and is really friendly.

This was the perfect place to host my sister’s bridal shower. The view was spectacular and it provided a nice backdrop for pictures. About 50-60 guests attended the shower, which was great for our event, but the space could accommodate more. The neighborhood had plenty of street parking. The restroom was easily accessible, roomy, nice, and clean. Communicating with Carolyn before and during the event was super easy. Her response time to any inquiries we had was under 20 minutes. Carolyn also assisted us with contacting a few vendors for various party rentals for the shower. Overall my sister was very happy and everyone enjoyed themselves. Guests could not stop talking about how much they loved the space. For anyone looking to book here, I would highly recommend it. Thank you Carolyn for helping to make my sister’s bridal shower a success!

This space is perfect! I had my dream backyard wedding here! The views are just spectacular. I loved how the grass is turf, and all the cute details the backyard has, like the hanging lights. Carolyn is the best host! And I would definitely recommend this venue 💘

This spot was the perfect place to throw a birthday party. Although it was a little warmer than we liked it was a great come out. We were able to fit 10 round tables and 50 chairs, which I’m sure you can fit a few more Carolyn helped me book tables, chairs and linen! Overall we had a great time and the view was amazing!
