About the Space
Our cafe has three different areas to accommodate a variety of needs. We have comfy chairs located next to a book case if you are going for a more cozy look. We have several tables and chairs complete with table cloths, napkins and silverware if you want a more traditional cafe look. We also have a bar area if you are looking for a small, intimate bar vibe. All of our furniture can be moved and rearranged to make a unique space for your project.

Parking description
There is limited parking in the on-site lot, but it is great for loading and unloading trucks. There is plenty of available free street parking, you just have to remember to read the signs.

General Rules
We clean our facilities daily and require frequent COVID testing of staff, as well as proof of a negative COVID test for new actors. Our crew all wear masks while inside the buildings.
Outside catering is allowed.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
You can move it, but please move it back.
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras in the upper corners of all sets, and one in the parking lot. The cameras record 24/7.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We clean our facilities after every production. Our crew are required to take frequent COVID tests, as well as wear masks when inside the buildings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
