Homes is thoroughly cleaned by a professional provided through Handy.com. Hand sanitizer and disposable masks are also provided to promote safety.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

General Rules

No smoking in the building ( hookah , cigarettes, marijuana ) No parties, but small gatherings are permitted. Please lock front and back door after entering and leaving the home. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking The property is thoroughly cleaned between guests. if you feel compelled to sanitize areas of the home, please do not use bleach or ammonia to sanitize furnishings as it may stain them.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Security camera are only on the outside of the home to protect guest.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
