Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We have a cleaning crew that arrives directly after your event to insure the space is cleaned to the CDC guideline standard.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:

About the Space
Our entire space is 2,000 square feet designed with great acoustics and a 98″ TV for movies + presentations or group meetings! This space is for party throwers, business partners, photographers, creatives and entrepreneurs! Accommodates 64 seated and 100 standing. White wood floors with fresh white walls, pops of color with local Dallas artists artwork sprinkled around the space. White panels in the ceiling with LED color changing bulbs to match your desired theme and look. Two restrooms located in the back the space. Front lobby waiting area with big glass windows to greet your guests!

No hanging decorations directly on walls or artwork
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have one security camera in the lobby, inside the studio, in the back hallway and ally way. These are all recording 24/7 and will be on 24/7. They do not capture audio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
