Several standard outlets throughout every wall in the space. Circuit breaker can be found in the front of the studio to the left, as soon as you walk in.

Where are you located? The studio address is 2217 Vantage St. Suite 200 in Dallas, TX. We are conveniently located in the Dallas Design District, minutes away from downtown, uptown and Trinity Groves. What do I get when I book? When you book with us you get access to a natural light studio (Front space), 2 double sided backdrops, a variety of props, 1 bathroom with a vanity, clothing rack and steamer, a refrigerator (which is always stocked with water/ sparkling water) and high-grade coffee to keep you going for your lengthy shoots! Where can I park? The renter receives 3 assigned parking spaces and they are located directly in front of the studio. Street parking is also available throughout the parking lot. Please be sure not to park in other business’ reserved spaces. Failure to park in designated parking can result in your vehicle being towed. Can I arrive early to my session? You may arrive a few minutes early for your session, however the studio may be reserved prior to your start time. In that case, we ask that you wait until the time of your reservation. What happens if my session runs longer than expected? If you session runs longer than your scheduled time, or do not make enough time to clean up, you will be charged for an additional hour and a cleaning fee, if required. We ask you to be mindful of other photographers and schedule enough time for clean up. Is bathroom access available? For your convenience, we have a public restroom in the studio. What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule? We are happy to reschedule your session as long as you reschedule at least 72 hrs. prior to your booking date. Otherwise, you will need to book another session. What kind of photography is NOT permitted? In order to keep the studio safe and clean for everyone to enjoy, the following is NOT allowed on the studio’s property: -Alcohol for anyone under the age of 21. -Recreational or illicit drugs. -Nude photography, videography or explicit activity. -Food/Drink not allowed on or near furniture. -Fireworks, explosives, glitter, confetti, smoke bombs. -Affixing anything to walls not allowed without prior approval. -Models must be 18 + on the day of studio rental. Renter is responsible for verifying. Create responsibly to your hearts content!
