Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We clean and disinfect all surfaces, studio gear and touchable surfaces daily to makes sure that we keep our clients safe and healthy.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space

A Cash for Gold shop turned into an intimate cosmic themed recording studio! From recording your songs to filming music videos to putting on small performances and more, this space is the perfect place to fit your audio/video needs! There is a front room with a black and white elephant tapestry on the wall that can be used as an exotic backdrop. Once you enter the studio, there is a control room filled with chakra wall art, fabric acoustic panels, and multi-colored lights bordering the ceiling. There is also an isolation booth in the next room with dark wood floors, an acoustic piano and a lantern lamp to create a dimly lit space. Our space creates a vibe of a deep space journey through the cosmos and we hope to see you here!

Parking description

There is a commercial parking lot right in front of the studio and usually parking is available. If not, there is free street parking very close by.

General Rules

No smoking in the building. No food or drink in the studio control room or isolation booth. No alcohol in the studio control room or isolation booth.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a security camera in the front room of the studio that is always on. There are audio microphones that are only when when in use for recording.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
