Parking description
You have free street parking when spaces are available
When you arrive, you will pull into the parking deck with Sprouts, make a right and go straight down. Please park in any space that isn't a Sprouts space. Note that if you do, there's only a 3hr time frame and the vehicle must be moved. If for any reason there's no space available. There's another deck to the left of our building shared with Grana. It's In an alleyway. If the valet is out, tell them you live next door and you can park

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Space is cleaned and wiped down after every event, under the covid guidelines
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
