We are excited to offer an Industrial Warehouse located Philadelphia, PA. It features rustic industrial architecture, rich with grit, texture & a lot of character! Every aspect of this property is shootable. That is the standard. If you are booking a time during the day and need blackout curtains, YOU MUST ADD THEM FROM THE ADD ONS SECTION. They will not be up when you get there. If you don't add them on before your booking but still want them, there will be an additional charge and this will also cut into your booking time. So if you booked 2 hours and want the curtains up when you arrive, they take about 30 minutes to put up on the hooks and that will leave with you 1.5hrs left of your booking. If you need complete silence for an interview session, we are not the space for you. But if you are still interested and willing to take that risk, this space is great for interviews. There has been countless large companies such as HBO, Showtime, Fender Guitars and many Movie Productions that have came in for just recording interviews and dialog. It is a very quiet space especially for an industrial area. BUT PLEASE BE AWARE there is other businesses operating below our studio and they occasionally do start their trucks, open garage doors, powerwash and clean vehicles or play music while working. It’s not extremely loud but you do hear it and it may interrupt your audio. You are NOT TO GO DOWNSTAIRS AND ASK THE BUSINESSES TO BE QUIET. If you do this, you will be immediately asked to leave and not refunded.. Please be aware that this may happen during your interview. If you do need completely silence the entire booking time, our space may not be for you. So this is a heads up about the rarely occasional noise from downstairs. There is also the HVAC System which may play a small part as well. We can control this for you to turn it off for you via wireless control. Otherwise the space is quiet. You will not be refunded if you did not read this prior to booking. By booking this space you agree and understand that there will be the risk and chance of occasional sounds that I have mentioned above. Cancellation Policy Grace period All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time. Flexible Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are NOT refundable. We are not a sound stage! Below please find some information to help when arriving at The Reservoir Philly: PSA: Due to the high booking demand, we do not do walk-throughs, tours for FaceTime calls for the studio. There is a parking lot behind the building but that is NOT part of The Reservoir property. Please do not park there. Entrance Be advised there is no elevator or loading dock. The silver door is the only entrance and also loading in/out area. There is no elevator or loading dock. Property Rules and Regulations A full list of property rules and regulations can be found in the lease agreement and also below. Please read through it and feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. General Rules • Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Please do not arrive or pull into our lot any sooner than 15min before your booking time. If you booking starts at lets say 10:00am — do not arrive ANY EARLIER than 9:45am — our site rep arrives at the time of your booking. Do not arrive earlier than your time expecting to start setting up and shoot. If you need more time to set up and breakdown, please factor this in and book more time. • There are 2 ready to shoot sets. ($125 a piece or $200 for both) There is a Vintage Livingroom Set, Trap Room Livingroom party/frat type set. These sets are only available to those who have rented them. If you did not rent them than you will not be allowed to use them. That includes removing the furniture from the sets. If you are found using the sets or the furniture without renting them, your credit card will automatically be charged $125 through Peerspace. Props do not leave the sets at all. * The LED Wall has a wireless remote control attached to the wall for changing colors, effects and brightness. This LED Wall is part of your hourly booking. The jail cell, the metal booth and the large colored wall is part of your hourly booking. There is an addition add on fee of $35 per roll or $75 for all 3. If found using the paper backdrops without renting then it will result it an additional $35 being charged to your card on file. • Occasionally there are props and add-ons such as the LED light cube and the godox light with the stand that are left out from a booking previously. If you did not rent those items, they are not for open use and you will be charged the fee for rental. The LED Cube is not part of your hourly booking. It is an add on. If you are found using it without renting it, you will be charged. • No smoking inside our warehouse (this includes weed and cigarettes) — if you want to smoke we have a $100 additional add on fee to waive this rule. • Any food and drinks brought into the studio must be taken with you when you leave. Do not leave uneaten food and half full drinks in the trashcan. Failing to comply will result in an addition $25 cleaning fee noted in a review left on peerspace. • There are BLACKOUT CURTAINS but they are only available as an ADD ON. If you show up and didn’t add them, they will not be up when you get there. IF you do still want them, there will be an additional charge of $100 for the rep to put them up the day off and this will also go against your booking time. So before your booking date and time, please add it to your booking so the curtains will be put up for you. • You are responsible for leaving the space as you found it! That means taking out all trash / putting back all props if any were moved or using in other spaces. The $25 cleaning fee on the listing is simply our site rep fee that goes to our site rep who will be there on the day of the booking. • No Guns or live weapons of any kind, (prop guns are okay if first shown to our site rep) — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $125 fee. • No Pyro of any kind (unless you have permit or a fire marshal present) — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee.  • No Fake blood (unless an extremely large tarp is laid down) / No Squibs / No Color Smoke Bombs — Failing to comply is a $125 fee. • We allow music playback -- but at a respectable level. NO EXCESSIVELY LOUD MUSIC. • Your rental is based hourly. To avoid an overage, "taillights" must be be within your allotted time. Ex: An 8hr booking from 12pm - 8pm / You must be wrapped and off the property by 8pm to avoid being billed an extra hour. There also may be a booking directly after or before yours so please be courteous to this timeframe because you know you would not be happy if you showed up to your booking and the booking before you exceeded their time and cutting into your time. • We are not responsible for any lost / stolen / damaged equipment during your booking. • If you completely break something of The Reservoir property, you will be required to replace it. • We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) of whatever shoot is happening on our property, for the promotion of our location. • THIS IS NOT A SOUND STAGE.
