About the Space

This sun drenched Glam Bohemian loft in the heart of DTLA Old Banking district WITH CENTRAL AC. I designed this space to be perfect for shooting or filming. There are several different areas to create your masterpiece. I was able to create 14 different setup without even trying, so who knows what you can come up with. I will only accommodate (1) scouting visit prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouting appointments are subject to availability and will not be accommodated during other guests' reservations/productions. TEST SHOOTS / PHOTO WORKSHOPS We do not support test shoots or photography events/workshops at this time. COVID UPDATE: I allow 1 reschedule of your date due to any COVID circumstances. All rescheduled dates would be based on availability. Once rescheduled, the entire team must be tested before the scheduled date and will have to show proof of a negative test result within 72 hours of the new booking date upon arrival. If no results are supplied for EVERYONE on the team, your reservation will be immediately CANCELLED at that time. NO Refund would apply. PETS NO PETS, NO ANIMALS ALLOWED IN THE SPACE. If this rule is ignored, it will equate to an automatic cleaning charge of $300 (NO EXCEPTIONS) GUEST -If you have more guest than your booking agreement states, you will be charged an additional $100 per person at the time of your booking, so please make sure your guest count is accurate. (i.e 3 additional guest cost example: 3 people x $100= $300). Failure to pay for the additional guest(s) will result in your immediate eviction with NO refund. If you need to add additional guest to your booking, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your reservation start time. NO SHOES The white rugs CANNOT be walked on for ANY reason with dirty shoes or dirty feet. FURNITURE Everything can be moved around including furniture. Please put the furniture back the way you found it. DAMAGES Damage to any studio equipment (Lighting, Stands, Boxes, Furniture, and Props) will result in a replacement fee along with the cost of the equipment. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Damage to the white rugs will result in a cleaning charge of $200. Damage or marks on the white framed wall: There will be a repaint fee of $150. All damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. OVERTIME All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will start to accrue 15 min after your booking time has ended. The overtime rate is 1.5X the hourly rate, NO EXCEPTIONS, so please plan accordingly. If you need additional hours please request/adjust them before your booking date. NOISE I have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. I ask that you please respect my neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Music can be played but keep it at a decent level (I mean we do have a Sonos speaker for the turn up). If I receive a noise complaint you will be promptly evicted from the property. Noise curfew is from 12 AM to 6 AM M-F. TEST SHOOTS / PHOTO WORKSHOPS / PORN Films We DO NOT host test shoots, photography events, workshops, or porn films at this time so don't ask (NUDE SHOOTS are allowed, just no SEX). CLEANING Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, and you are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Please respect the space and clean up before the end of your booking (Sweep the floor to clean up hair, put all trash in the trash can, and all used dishes must be washed). Please remove any equipment or rentals you bring in. Please take care of my space. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Use of the shower will result in a $150 cleaning fee. Don't leave trash laying around or it will result in a $200 cleaning fee. A walkthrough is REQUIRED before and after all bookings. SMOKING NO smoking or VAPING on the property PERIOD (Not in the building, not in the hallway, near the door, or in the studio), you can smoke outside in front of the bldg or in alley. If I smell smoke during the walkthrough there will be an automatic charge of $175 to the credit card on file. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. PETS NO PETS, NO ANIMALS ALLOWED IN THE SPACE. MISCELLANEOUS No GLITTER (Including on garments) or confetti can be used. There is no frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. If either of these rules are ignored it will result in a $150 cleaning fee.
