- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

About the Space
The property was constructed and designed with the entrepreneur and traveling business person in mind in 2020. We offer private office suites with modern infrastructure and great natural lighting throughout our building. Floor to ceiling glass windows in every office; some facing a marvelous outside view and some facing our community space. We have 3 different meeting rooms, a training room and a lounge that are available for daily and hourly rental. While on site, our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of our common kitchen area where we serve complimentary coffee and tea.

What a great experience! The room was exactly as pictured. Kim was a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to make sure my meeting went smoothly and everyone who attended was happy. I will definitely be using this space for future meetings.
