Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Surfaces are disinfected daily and the entire house is professionally cleaned between each bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

3 bedroom home nicely decorated. The finished basement has an adorable playroom perfect for toddlers. Lots of color, texture and Afrocentric art/books. The master bedroom is very feminine. The 2nd bedroom is a teen girl's room, very stylish. The 3rd bedroom is for a toddler boy. Lots of natural light throughout the house especially the bathroom and master bedroom thanks to the skylights. There is a grassy outdoor space, a front porch and the back patio is very zen with an urban garden.

Parking description

It's a narrow one-way street but there is almost always a spot available. Also, I have a driveway in the back of the house where I park. 2 cars can fit there.

General Rules

No smoking indoors. No animals. No loud music that would be disturbing/upsetting to my neighbors. Don't touch the plants. Keep the doors closed so the cat doesn't wander out. She's an indoor cat.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras are outside facing my front and back doors.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
