Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- Wipes will also be provided in all work areas. Member should abide by "gym rules," wiping down areas in which they've worked each time they leave an area.
- Hand sanitizer will be located in common areas and all entry and exit points, however, this is not a substitute for washing your hands.
- Members and staff are expected to wash hands per CDC guidelines when entering common areas, the kitchen, and when leaving the restrooms.
SOCIAL DISTANCING POLICIES
- The common space has been re-designed to allow for proper social distancing
- Per hour capacity will be limited to 10 members at a time per floor (10,000 square feet) - increasing over time
- Please sit at designated spots only and refrain from moving chairs or furniture
- Members within private offices are required to practice social distancing within their space
- To prevent bottlenecks, follow designated one-way traffic patterns. Don't exit the space the same way you entered.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

2 Video cameras recording both entry ways. They only show the entrance and not the studio backdrop/ video recording space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
