About the Space

This Colonial Home on a spacious acre lot is tucked away in a charming Mt. Juliet neighborhood. Large front yard can be used for video or photo shoots as the colonial home serves as the perfect backdrop. The large backyard has a wide variety of beautiful trees and backs up to a wild field with no houses. A large 40x40ft tent can even be put up. We would be happy to help with all your production event needs!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

This was the best experience I have had at ANY venue, this host is by far the kindest and most accommodating I’ve encounter as well. In truth I would book this venue again just to maintain a great connection with the host. I love his story and the property. He went out his way to ensure our event would be not only special but equally compassionate. Stephan is the best host on Peerspace.
