About the Space

This studio has a DIY built cycwall. the floor is painted white with a 10X12 white cloth wrapped around the back and the side walls to create the enclosed white feel. This room is ideal for headshots and any small 1-3 Subject photo shoots needing a white backdrop. We have been called the most convenient studio in NJ by multiple of our customers. This title comes from a number of things, some of them being our close proximity to main street where many food options are located as well as beauty supply stores as well clothing stores, so if anything runs out on set or needs to be replaced there is a high chance that you will find it on mains street. Unlike other studios where you check in and never hear from the studio manager, we have a studio manager present at all times to assist you with your shoot. Our studio managers are fellow creatives themselves who are able to offer creative input and direction to your shoot if needed. We also have been called "The most convenient studio in NJ'' for the random and large assortment of props that we carry from floral set designs to vintage set designs, to a full band set design and much more.

Parking description

10 car gated parking lot attached to the building. If lot is full there is free street parking on the block. If street parking is full there is metered parking around the corner on the main street.

Space has natural light

Lighting description

The photo studio has one 8 foot window letting in beautiful natural lighting between the hours of 8am-6pm. If natural light is not desired there are black out curtains to keep the light from entering the studio.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The building does a decent job of soundproofing outside noise along with the curtains, but loud traffic sounds such as car horns, loud engines, the near by train etc... can be heard slightly from the studio. The studios in the building are separated be a 3ft wide hallway so sounds from studios may travel to the room next door if to loud, but we can always request the other rentals to keep their noise level down.

General Rules

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras are present inside and outside of the facility two cameras covering the front and rear of the building. As well as two cameras inside the building one covering the main entrance and a second one in the hallway.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

At EDEN we make sure to present the studio spaces to our clients clean and ready to use. Each studio is properly in between rental. Commonly touched surfaces are disinfected before the next client enters the studio. Upon arrival to the studio everyone must have on a face covering before entering the building. Upon entering the building each member of the session must sanitize hands at the sanitizing station before proceeding to the studio. During your session we ask that every one on set wear mask as well as gloves that are provided in the studio. The only people exempt from wearing face covering are the talent and photographers everyone else must have on a face covering at all times.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
