Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our space is professionally cleaned after each use. All surfaces/contact areas are dis-infected by our studio caretaker. The facility bathrooms are also cleaned professionally by CINTAS and reviewed after each day. COVID-19 precautions are enforced, all parties must be masked indoors at all times. Subjects/talent may remove their masks for videos/photos.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Disposable gloves
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

Our studio offers a unique venue for your photography, videography, and live event projects. Located 30 miles north of Detroit, We offer a year round natural light studio for a host of needs. Events Our team also can accommodate intimate events or medium scale corporate endeavors. Whether its a vehicle launch or a dinner, we’ve got you covered. Climate Controlled Stages 1515 Studio’s stages are fully climate controlled to tackle Michigan’s climate year round. Co-Working Stations Co-working stations are included within the rental. A private conference room is available upon request. High Speed Internet 1000 MBPS Comcast Business internet on site with multiple access points and networks. On-Site Parking Convenient parking located on site with space for up to 60 vehicles. Additional designated areas for broadcast equipment, generators, or trucks. Security and Seclusion The studio is located in a private industrial park and features state of the art security measures. Private storage for embargoed assets can be arranged. Amenities The studio features a kitchenette, bathrooms, and a common lounge area. Keycard access can be arranged for project managers.

General Rules

Facility Rules: - No smoking in the building. - Outside catering is allowed. Mobile coffee/breakfast service can be arranged at an additional fee. - Animals in the space must be supervised at all times. - Site access is from 8 am until 6 pm (10 hours). Additional overages in time will be charged at time and a half. - Please be respectful of the space by being conscious of the walls, furniture, and floor finishes. Significant damage to these items will incur a repair fee.

Security cameras and recording devices

Our facility features a state of the art security system with several cameras located on-site to monitor activity surrounding the building. *Internal security cameras can be temporarily dis-abled for embargoed/sensitive projects.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
