Unique space for hosting a cocktail party etc. This is 2-story space industrial/art gallery loft-type space. With concrete floors, white stone walls and metal HVAC tubes in the ceiling, it's a modern and industrial design. It is decorated with motorcycle related items. The ground floor space features a collection of motorcycles, a large sitting area, and a powder room. Walls display vintage motorcycle leather outfits, and related accessories. The sitting area contains a large vintage red leather l-shape sofa, a glass coffee table a 65" flat-screen, and vintage stereo equipment. A tall glass cocktail table with chair's (2 more table and sets of chairs are available), and a stone office desk is also in place on the ground floor by the front glass door. There is also a industrial roll-up door for easy access. A staircase leads upstairs, that has blue-gray wall-to-wall carpeting with a blue Chesterfield leather couch sitting area and a small bar. Upstairs is also a modern office with a large glass desk and a balcony overlooking the distant mountains. While our downstairs areas are typically pretty full of motorcycles (we are a real motorcycle rental agency after all), we can certainly thin those out for an event (or park some outside) to provide more floor space as needed.
