About the Space
The apartment has a cinematic look to it. It's very spacious with an extremely high ceiling (over 20 feet) and huge windows. Plenty of space for filming equipment. The apartment has 2 floors, 2 balconies. Also, there are two charming patios available. Very bright and sunny all day, but also have light-blocking curtains if necessary. The place is very cozy, modern and aesthetically well put together.

Martins was super friendly, helpful and responsive! He made everything easy for us and made us feel at home. The location is great. Looks as beautiful as the pictures!

Martins was an easy, wonderful host! He moved some things the night before our shoot to help us be efficient during the rental, and he had a bag of blue booties waiting for us when we arrived. The space is gorgeous, has a wonderful back patio, and there was virtually no noise. It's also within one block of two grocery stores, a bodega, two coffee shops, and close to a hardware store. Super easy for those last-minute pickups!
Martins was an easy, wonderful host! He moved some things the night before our shoot to help us be efficient during the rental, and he had a bag of blue booties waiting for us when we arrived. The space is gorgeous, has a wonderful back patio, and there was virtually no noise. It's also within one block of two grocery stores, a bodega, two coffee shops, and close to a hardware store. Super easy for those last-minute pickups!
Martins was an excellent host!! I had a 15 person cast and crew in this apartment to shoot TV commercials for a client. The space was magnificent, excellent lighting and scenery, and Martins was a delight to work work! He was on call for any questions I had and took in this last minute booking. 10/10 Would recommend and use again!

Martins was a MAGNIFICENT host and he was helpful and available throughout our process. His space was beautiful, spacious, well-lit and clean (looks just like the picture). I highly recommend this space and Martins!! Our short film, DOIS JARDINS, would not have been the same without his help.

This place looks just like the pictures. Martins was available at all times and was extremely accommodating. The location is great. He has TWO patios which for a spring summer shoot would be amazing for. We were able to put craft services outside during the shoot. There wasn't too much space for that inside the actual apartment space. We did go a little over time and he was extremely accommodating. He is an AMAZING host. I would certainly book again!!

The space is as gorgeous as pictured, extremely clean, with creative touches throughout. Martin made it easy to communicate, and accommodated an extra hour.
