About the Space
Modern Oasis Home with large windows and amazing natural light. Featuring a modern minimalistic design. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Office, and 2 Bathrooms. We offer a large, open backyard with one beautiful tree for you to use how you please. The large windows provide excellent illumination. Depending on the hours of the day, the light changes within the house creating a beautiful array of light tones. When you send an inquiry, please let me know how you plan to use the space and the total number of attendees. I want to create the best scenario for you. The owner will likely not be on-premises during the shoot, but will available as needed. To maintain the house the best for all shoots, we ask that shoes not be worn when possible. If shoes are needed for the models being shot, that isn’t any problem. If you need to move the furniture, please let us know the details in your inquiry. This is a perfect location for you if you are looking to do: Lifestyle shoots, Food shoots, Magazine shoots, Commercials, etc. Your imagination is the limit. We are happy to you have your next successful production here.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
