Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We utilize a odorizer ozone disinfectant device from Odorstop that cleans and purifies the air. This device is used at the beginning and ending of each day.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters

About the Space
Creative space in Wynwood/Midtown that is perfect for photoshoots, videos, podcasting, rehearsal and more. Offering free limited parking for guests, free wifi and access to two bathrooms. Space is partitioned in two so there is one room that is approx. 1700 sq. ft and the other 700 sq. ft. Behind the space is an outside area that can be used for additional parking or designated smoking area. Unique features are in house vintage audio system, projectors and lighting.

Space in front of warehouse for six cars. Space in the back for ten cars. Addition pay to park street parking.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
This is a warehouse with no windows and natural lighting. Doors can be open to light light in. As well as there are house lights to recreate brightness.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Concrete walls, the sound will not disturb the neighbors.

Equipment loading description
Loading can be done via front or back of venue, No ramp required. Loading trucks can be parked in the back.

Building security cameras on the outside in front and rear of building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
